Story of The Founder Navata Transport Tracking

Mr. Parvataneni Subhas Chandra Bose, the founder of Navata Tracking, gave up his education and moved from a remote village to Vijayawada in 1948. He was born on May 10, 1933, into a modest family in Velpuru.

He started out as a mechanic, but because he was a visionary, he knew that entrepreneurship was the key to driving economic growth in a new country like India. He placed great values like truth, perseverance, loyalty, honesty, integrity, bravery, and a desire to learn first.

In the end, he was given the highest honor among autonagar’s industrial workers—the degree of Mechanic Bose—for his efforts.

He was able to save enough money to open his own garage in 1956 with the help of his brothers Parvataneni Sukhadev and Parvataneni Venkata Koteswara Rao. By 1960, he had become a force multiplier in Autonagar, Vijayawada.

He was well-liked for treating employees in a way that said, “No one works for me; everyone works with me.”

This laid the groundwork for what is now a prestigious group of sister businesses that employ over 3,000 direct workers and a few thousand indirect workers. The group’s success can be largely attributed to our founder’s entrepreneurial spirit, which he has passed on to future generations.
