The distribution and retail supply of electricity in southern Haryana falls under their responsibility. The service area includes districts like Hisar, Fatehabad, Bhiwani, Sirsa, and others. The electricity network spans across 3665 villages with a substantial infrastructure. This network consists of over 4461 kilometers of 33 kV lines and 433 substations. The 33 kV substations combined offer a capacity of 7120.70 MVA, supporting reliable power distribution. 

Additionally, the system includes 6664 11 kV feeders that ensure effective distribution across the region. The total length of low-tension (LT) lines extends to 69,433 kilometers, reaching residential and commercial customers. The high-tension (HT) lines stretch over 82,836 kilometers, connecting critical points in the network. Over 332,000 distribution transformers help manage power distribution across these vast distances. 

The total number of active connections amounts to over 41 lakh, with a combined connected load of 20,105 MW. In the fiscal year 2022-23, the total annual energy sales reached over 31,000 million units (MU). This generated a revenue of INR 15,838 crore, demonstrating consistent growth. The loss percentage due to technical and commercial reasons stood at 9.17%, with a distribution loss of 11.80%. 

The collection efficiency in the same period reached an impressive 102.98%. The consumer base consists primarily of domestic consumers, who account for nearly 80% of the total. Despite the dominance of domestic users, the industrial sector contributes significantly to the revenue. Industrial and non-domestic sectors together form a substantial part of total sales and revenue.
