Hosa Solutions Private Limited, registered under the Companies Act of 1956, operates from Bangalore, Karnataka, and provides various services under the brand “Tusker.” This Privacy Policy, compliant with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and related Data Protection Rules, governs the collection and handling of users’ personal and sensitive data by Hosa Solutions. Buyers are required to place orders for goods or services in writing, which the Seller may accept or reject at its discretion.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and Tusker retains the right to determine pricing based on factors like weight and volume. Applicable taxes and duties are the Buyer’s responsibility unless paid by the Seller, in which case the Buyer must reimburse the Seller. Tusker outlines specific conditions for delivery and transportation. Consignments are only accepted when full details, including the declared value and nature of goods, are provided.
Tusker is not responsible for delays beyond its control and reserves the right to refuse consignments containing hazardous materials or improper packing. Buyers must ensure proper documentation (e.g., invoices, e-way bills) to avoid issues with authorities. In case of damages, losses, or insurance claims, Tusker offers coverage up to ₹50,000 for eligible shipments.
However, claims must be reported within 6 working hours of delivery, and Tusker is not liable for damages arising from improper packing or leakage. Tusker reserves the right to exercise a lien on goods for unpaid dues and may sell them to recover costs. All disputes are subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts, with arbitration as the chosen method for dispute resolution.
