Bonded Storage

The complex houses a Customs Bonded Warehouse covering around 1.35 lakh sq ft. A separate bonded warehouse zone extends to 4 lakh sq ft of covered area. Both sections fall under a single roof, reducing transit time between zones. This arrangement allows importers to defer customs duty until goods leave the bonded area. The facility handles all documentation requirements as per customs regulations.

Cold Chain

A Cold Storage Warehouse operates at a maintained temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. This zone serves industries requiring temperature-controlled storage. Pharmaceuticals, food, and perishable goods find appropriate conditions here. The cold chain infrastructure complements the general warehousing sections within the same complex.
